A respected hospital-employed multi-specialty group in Northern California, approximately 2.5 hours north of Sacramento, is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established practice offering strong institutional support, excellent earning potential, and an exceptional quality of life.
Position Highlights:
- Employed position with a hospital-owned multi-specialty group
- General Orthopedic Surgery practice
- Full-time opportunity; part-time arrangements may be considered
- Established referral network and strong community demand
- Regular weekday schedule, typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shared call schedule of approximately one week per month for full-time physicians
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $550K–$600K annually
