Seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join a hospital-based team in northern Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a new orthopedic program
while stepping into a high-demand environment with strong institutional support.
Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:
- New orthopedic surgery program transitioning from outsourced call coverage
- Full-time role with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- 1:2 call schedule with opportunity to establish and grow the service line
- Opportunity to build referral networks and expand orthopedic services
- Practice in a community-focused hospital with strong clinical support

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $425K–$475K/year
