- Practice of 2 physicians and 2 PAs
- Mixed Staff of 3 CSC and 3MA's
- Open MRI and x-ray on site
- Clinic up to 3 days/week, surgery 1-2 days/week
- Expected Patient Load: 20-25 a day
- Call is 10 days/mo.
- Epic EMR

The Community:
