Key Responsibilities:
- First assisting in surgeries, including spine, shoulder, and total joint procedures
- Casting, consulting, and patient education
- Conducting patient evaluations, H&Ps, and reviewing lab results
- Managing pre and post-operative care, including follow-ups
- Rounding in hospitals and attending local sporting events as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be NCCA certified or eligible
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
