- Join a collaborative eye care team providing comprehensive vision and medical eye care

Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation range: $121K - $275K annually
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for eligible external candidates
- Initial guaranteed salary with transition to a production-based compensation model after 6–12 months based on practice volume and productivity
