Seeking an Optometrist to join a community-focused healthcare team in Mattawa, Washington, serving rural patients through integrated care.
Position Highlights:
- Practice full-scope optometry, evaluating vision and eye health, diagnosing eye disease and developing treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications within Washington scope and fit or adjust glasses, contact lenses and other visual aids.
- Provide foreign-body removal and preoperative and postoperative care, order specialized testing and coordinate ophthalmology referrals.
- Educate patients, support clinical staff development and collaborate with the broader care team.
- An accredited optometry degree and unrestricted Washington optometry license are required.
