An established Occupational Health Services team in Western Wisconsin along the Mississippi River is seeking a BC/BE Occupational Medicine physician for an outpatient-focused practice serving a diverse regional workforce.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-focused occupational medicine practice
- Balanced 50/50 mix of occupational health exams and work-related injury care
- Serve employees across a diverse range of industries and employer partners
- Provide preventive care, medical surveillance and environmental health services
- Perform pre-placement, fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, respiratory, DOT and firefighter exams
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses while supporting safe return-to-work decisions
- Collaborate with employers, safety teams and healthcare colleagues on workplace health and safety
- Participate in workplace health, ergonomics, risk assessment and regulatory compliance
Clinical Scope & Support:
- Work-related injury and illness evaluation and treatment
- Workers’ compensation care and functional recovery
- Regulatory and occupational health examinations
- Suturing and splinting
- Upper and lower extremity injections
- Routine in-office clinical procedures
