A physician-led, not-for-profit regional health system north of Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician
to join a well-established, collaborative women’s health team offering a balanced mix of clinic, surgical, and hospital-based care.
Position Highlights:
- Collaborative, established team of OBGYN physicians and advanced practice providers
- Full-spectrum women’s health: clinic, surgery, obstetrics, and inpatient care
- Balanced weekly structure: 3 clinic days | 1 surgery day | 1 day off weekly
- Structured call: 3 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
- Average 4–5 deliveries per day with emergency C-sections and ED consults
- Strong APP support across clinic and hospital settings
- Predictable workflow supporting continuity of care and work-life balance
- Integrated health system with strong primary care referral base
- Access to a newly built, state-of-the-art hospital with advanced surgical suites
