Seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join Women's Health team of dedicated, caring staff which currently consists of an OB/GYN doctor and a Nurse Practitioner. The practice breakdown is approximately 50% GYN-50% OB. However, new physician will be able to create the mix he/she desires. Physician will be able to do subspecialty cases; high risk OB, some reproductive endocrinology, some GYN oncology, and some urogynecology; with backup from subspecialists within a few hours. An added benefit is the comradery between our providers and their patients that a rural community provides.

  • This position offers the ability to step into an already existing high-volume practice.
  • There are approximately 225 births per year at the hospital.
  • Employed opportunity with an office located on the hospital campus
  • Anesthesia Department is on-call with 24-hour coverage for the safest cesarean birth, natural childbirth, or epidural pain relief.
  • Acute care facility that offers Med-Surg rooms, six (6) ICU/CCU beds, 5 LDRP rooms, and Level III 24 hour ER coverage

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The position has a guaranteed salary for the first two years with subsequent generous productivity-based compensation. Production is based on 50% gross billings;
  • Providers may move to productivity-based compensation model early depending on performance.
  • Benefits include a six-week allowance for sick/vacation paid time off;
  • $5,000 CME annual allowance, malpractice insurance paid by the organization;
  • Health/dental insurance;
  • Life/disability insurance available
  • Paid relocation allowance
  • Student loan forgiveness may be available through the National Health Service Corps and the State of Montana Incentive program.
