- Expected to see an average of 18-20 patients per day and close charts
- Attend deliveries
- Attend monthly provider meetings as well as outreach activities as needed;
- Work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse to ensure that staffing and operations to service patients are seamless and without disruption;
- Perform all women’s health medical protocols, including Colposcopy, IUD insertions, etc.
- Gold-seal accreditation from The Joint Commission
- Services offered include primary care, dental, podiatry, women's health, and pediatrics
- Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH)
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides a comprehensive roster of ambulatory health care services
- Eclinical Works
