An independent, not-for-profit health system in northern Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN.
Position details
- Target start: summer 2027.
- Join three OB/GYN physicians; clinic less than two minutes from the hospital.
- Call: five weekdays per month and one to three weekends per year.
- Approximately 650–700 deliveries annually; Level II nursery and 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
- Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 available.
Compensation and benefits
- $400,000+ base plus production bonus opportunity.
- Starting bonus up to $40,000, or Arkansas Community Match Program of $80,000 if eligible.
- Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000.
- Resident stipend of $1,000 per month if applicable.
- 27 days PTO and five days CME.
