An established OB/GYN practice in west-central Minnesota, ~1 hour southeast of Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative group of physicians and certified nurse midwives.
Position Highlights:
- Join an established practice with 1 OB/GYN physician, 1 Family Medicine/OB physician, and 2 certified nurse midwives
- Balanced practice consisting of approximately 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology
- Opportunity to build a high-volume gynecologic surgery practice based on your interests
- Provide comprehensive care, including prenatal care, high-risk pregnancies, preventive gynecology, infertility, contraception, menopause management, and gynecologic surgery
- Perform procedures including endometrial ablation and hysterectomies
- 1:4 call coverage for a four-bed labor and delivery department and the emergency department
- Approximately 225 deliveries annually
- Established referral network spanning seven clinics and a primary specialty service area of approximately 70,000 people
- Practice within a Level III trauma hospital, with the nearest Level I trauma center approximately one hour away
- Utilize Epic EMR
Compensation and benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $380K annually for the first two years
- Additional earning potential based on production hours worked (wRVUs)
