Seeking a full-time BE/BC OB Hospitalist to join a team of clinicians north of Dallas, TX.
The successful candidate will embrace the following focus on delivering a quality Ob Hospitalist program:
- Delivery of quality care that is evidence-based and consistent with the core values of the group
- A spirit of service to others including building and maintaining relationships with medical staff, nursing staff and hospital leadership
- Collaborate with team to ensure hospitalist participation in overall quality initiatives
- Ensure that patient encounters meet the needs of the patient and their family
- Support community physicians and midwives through clinical assistance as requested including practice coverage as requested and as safely available
- Collaborate and support community physicians and midwives to help maximize their practice efficiency
