Seeking a full-time BC/BE OBGYN to join an OB Hospitalist service.
- Join the team of 1 FT/1 PT/3 PRN OB Hospitalists, 1 OBGYN, 4 APPs, and 2 midwives
- 500-600 births/year
- 7 24-hour shifts/month
- Level II NICU staffed 24 hours by Pediatric Hospitalists & NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.
- Teaching opportunity- FM Residents (in L&D 24/7) & Medical Students
- In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.
- Collaborative relationship with Des Moines Perinatology group to support high-risk obstetric management and seamless specialty consultation.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Annual base salary of $400,000
- $150,000 recruitment incentive
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage
- 403B with match and 457B savings plans
- Annual CME allowance up to $6,000
- Comprehensive day-one benefits
- PSLF eligible
