Seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN Physician to join a hospital-employed team in a dedicated hospitalist role in northern Rhode Island. This full-time, night-shift position offers a predictable schedule, focused inpatient care, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:
- OB/GYN hospitalist role with primary focus on inpatient care
- Night schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM, approximately 14 shifts per month
- Cover a 10-bed LDRP unit with approximately 500 deliveries annually
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including labor management and deliveries
- Limited outpatient responsibilities for improved work-life balance
- Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Practice in a community-focused hospital with strong clinical support

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $300K–$350K/year
