Position Highlights:
- Provide primary care in a school-based mobile health setting
- Deliver care across primary care, women's health and family planning
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
- Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic health concerns
- Provide women's health services, including appropriate gynecologic examinations and specimen collection
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice
- Order and interpret laboratory testing and coordinate specialty referrals
- Provide case management for select patients
- Educate patients, families and community groups on birth control, sexually transmitted diseases and preventive health
- Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records
- Provide guidance and in-service education to nursing and clinical support staff
- Participate in health education, prevention initiatives and special projects
- Work independently while collaborating with physicians and other members of the medical team
- Travel locally between sites, with travel of up to 50% and occasional travel for events

Qualifications:
- Current California Nurse Practitioner license
- National NP certification through AANP or another recognized national certifying body
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently within scope
- Experience with women's health, family planning or primary care preferred
- Proficiency with medical and laboratory equipment and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication, patient education and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $155,750–$180,565 annual salary
