Seeking BE/BC Nocturnist Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Maintain full-time status with only 122 annual shifts, averaging approximately 10 shifts monthly.
- Eleven-hour shifts include 10 clinical hours and one protected administrative hour for chart completion.
- An established seven-on/seven-off model may include one week on followed by two weeks off; additional shifts may be available.
- Provide overnight inpatient care with experienced hospitalists, APPs, nurses and other clinical professionals.
- Closed ICU with critical-care collaboration; procedures are not required.
- Target encounters are approximately 10-15 daily.
- Strong administrative support and opportunities for academic involvement.
Compensation & Benefits
- $131.7601-$143.8990 per hour.
- $40,000 sign-on bonus.
