A well-established hospital-affiliated multi-specialty medical group is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join its Nocturnist
Hospitalist team in San Bernardino County, CA.
Position Overview:
- Support and work alongside an Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Must be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and comfortable working with residents
- Open ICU environment
- Procedures preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling with options for full- or part-time
- Strong emphasis on team-based, collaborative inpatient care
Compensation & Benefits:
- $250K – $275K annual salary
- W2 or 1099 employment options available
- Production-based bonus opportunities
