in northeast Arkansas, providing overnight inpatient care with a supportive team and state-of-the-art resources.
Position Highlights & Responsibilities:
- 7 on / 7 off night shift schedule
- Hospital-employed position with long-term stability
- Night coverage responsibilities:
- Admissions from the Emergency Department
- Cross-coverage of hospitalized patients
- Rapid response and code support
- Closed ICU model with full specialist support
- Collaborate with a day hospitalist team to ensure smooth transitions of care
- Work within a patient-centered, mission-driven program with strong administrative support and high physician satisfaction
- Regional population base of 650,000+
