Seeking a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a nocturnal hospitalist team in Southern Maine, providing high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative, physician-led hospital environment.
Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care during overnight hours
- Admit patients from the emergency department
- Manage cross-cover of hospitalized patients throughout the night
- Respond to clinical changes and rapid response situations
- Manage a manageable nightly patient census with dedicated support
- Physician-led team model with APP (NP/PA) support
- Closed ICU with intensivist coverage available
- Robust specialty backup across all major service lines
