A community hospital in the Kansas City metro area is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join its full-time night team, providing high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative hospital medicine environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, hospital-employed position
- Nights only with a 7-on/7-off block schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Open ICU environment
- Average of 18–20 patients per shift
- Assist physicians with patient rounding and admissions
- Practice under a Collaborative Practice Agreement
- Collaborative hospitalist team focused on high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- MSN with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current state Advanced Practice Nurse license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner experience required
- Experience with electronic health records
