We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Neurology APP to join our team. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient neurology services, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The Neurology APP will play a key role in coordinating treatment plans, conducting inpatient consults, supporting outpatient follow-up, and ensuring continuity of care across settings.
- Collaborate with Neurologist, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform daily rounds, reviewing patient histories, assessing conditions, and ordering necessary tests and treatments.
- Deliver outpatient follow-up care, monitor ongoing treatment response, and participate in long-term management of neurological conditions.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Qualifications:
- PA-C or CRNP from an accredited institution.
- Active medical license in Pennsylvania.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior neurology experience is preferred but not required.
