- Full-time NeuroEndovascular Surgery position
- Physician leadership for multidisciplinary clinic services
- Provide clinical direction in collaboration with the Clinic Administrator
- Help establish and maintain patient care standards and protocols
- Lead continuous quality improvement and quality management initiatives
- Collaborate with medical staff to establish and monitor quality and outcome indicators
- Help address clinical issues affecting medical staff and departmental services
- Support planning for clinic services, equipment, space and patient-care processes
- Build strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare partners
- Participate in development and implementation of short- and long-term business plans
- Contribute to departmental policies, procedures and strategic initiatives
- Support financial planning, reporting and operational controls
- Participate in quality assurance activities and hospital committees
- Maintain effective communication with medical staff, hospital departments and administrative leadership
