Position Highlights:
- Flexible full-time schedule with clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach responsibilities
- Low-travel outreach coverage to nearby dialysis locations (typically <1 hour from main site)
- Outreach rotations include weekly and monthly sites with manageable patient volumes
- Call coverage approximately 1:4
- Average outpatient volume of 10–15 patients per day
- Low inpatient census (0–5 patients per day)
- Strong Nurse Practitioner support within the practice
- Collaborative, team-based environment focused on continuity of care
