National practice of Neonatologists and Pediatric Specialists is looking for an NNP to join team in Albuquerque, NM.
- Level 3 NICU with about 3,000 deliveries
- Facility is licensed for 50+ beds but the daily census ranges widely from 15-25.
- Take care of all gestational ages, but no surgery or ECMO.
- All ventilatory modes are represented and the facility does have nitric oxide.
- Providers get called to high risk deliveries but not necessarily every c-section.
- Newborn nursery coverage as well.
- Can work extra shifts in the newborn nursery or in the NICU for additional pay if desired.
- Part-time or full-time available
- Seven 24 hr shifts will be considered full time with the ability to do extra or bundle shifts.

Responsibilities include:
- Delivery Attendance
- Day-To-Day Management Of NICU And Newborn Nursery Patients
- Participate In Multi-Disciplinary Rounds To Provide Collaborative, Team-Based Care Of NICU Patients, Including But Not Limited To Ventilator Management, Nutrition Management, Lab Review, And Meeting With Families
- High-Frequency Ventilation (Hfov and Hfjv), Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Therapeutic Hypothermia, Pediatric Surgery
- No Cardiac Surgery, Except For Pdas; No Ecmo Subspecialty Support
