An established healthcare team in northern Illinois near the Wisconsin border is seeking an experienced BE/BC Neonatologist to join its collaborative neonatal care team.
Position Highlights:
- Practice in a 30+bed Level III NICU within a dedicated Women’s & Children’s Hospital
- Provide 24/7 neonatal care as part of a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
- Join a team of 7 neonatologists and 4 NNPs
- Conduct patient rounds, establish individualized plans of care and perform invasive neonatal procedures
- Collaborate with more than a dozen pediatric subspecialists available for consultation
- Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and a 24-hour, in-house OB hospitalist
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical staff education
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $345K–$410K, based on experience
