Position Highlights:
- Full-time Neonatology opportunity
- Practice in a Level III NICU licensed for 25–30 beds
- Average daily census of 8–10 patients
- Care for a full range of gestational ages, excluding surgery and ECMO
- Advanced ventilatory support with nitric oxide capabilities
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation
- Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate closely with families regarding care plans and patient progress
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care
- 1 week on / 1 week off schedule
- Flexibility to pick up additional or bundled shifts
