Our off-site NICUs allow physicians to build meaningful relationships with their care teams and families while practicing high-acuity neonatal medicine in a more personalized setting.
- Strong, experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support
- Extensive pediatric subspecialty coverage available

- 186 shifts annually
- Balanced mix of tertiary acuity and community newborn care
- 12 hour shifts
- Level III - 45 licensed beds, 11-14 daily census with 3500 deliveries.
- MFM local partnership.
- No surgeries, no cooling but trying to start.
- 32 low baby weight cases annually and have vents.

Salary Range: $325,717 - $414,042
