- Join a collaborative physician-APP practice model
- 25-bed Level III NICU with capacity for up to 32 babies
- Approximately 350 neonatal patients cared for annually
- 24/7 neonatal coverage model
- Multidisciplinary bedside rounds involving physicians, NNPs, RNs, pharmacy and dietary staff, with additional specialists involved as needed
- Regional referral center serving Southern Oregon and Northern California
- Dedicated neonatal transport program supporting 9 referring hospitals
- Partnership with Oregon Health & Science University
- Full-spectrum newborn care oversight across the health system
- Diverse acuity mix: approximately 65% Level II, 30% Level III and 5% other neonatal populations
- Comprehensive specialty support including maternal-fetal medicine, pediatric oncology, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, neurology, surgery and other subspecialties
