We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health services within an integrated healthcare setting in the greater Los Angeles region of southern California.


Position Highlights:
  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Monday–Friday schedule with hours ranging from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Provide direct behavioral health services, including assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination
  • Serve diverse populations across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches including brief treatment interventions, problem-solving therapy, and behavioral activation
  • Collaborate with medical providers, psychiatrists, families, and community agencies to support whole-person care
  • Assist patients with accessing healthcare coverage, community resources, and support services
  • Participate in treatment planning, care coordination, and behavioral health consultations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
  • Make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families improve their overall health and well-being

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field (MSW, MA, or equivalent)
  • Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Integrated behavioral health models
    • Mental health recovery principles
    • Harm reduction practices
    • Crisis intervention and behavioral management
    • Age-specific growth and development
    • HIPAA regulations and behavioral health compliance standards
    • Clinical documentation and healthcare administration practices
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations preferred
  • FQHC or nonprofit healthcare experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
