Position Highlights:
- Full-time, on-site position
- Monday–Friday schedule with hours ranging from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide direct behavioral health services, including assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination
- Serve diverse populations across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs
- Utilize evidence-based approaches including brief treatment interventions, problem-solving therapy, and behavioral activation
- Collaborate with medical providers, psychiatrists, families, and community agencies to support whole-person care
- Assist patients with accessing healthcare coverage, community resources, and support services
- Participate in treatment planning, care coordination, and behavioral health consultations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
- Make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families improve their overall health and well-being
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field (MSW, MA, or equivalent)
- Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- Integrated behavioral health models
- Mental health recovery principles
- Harm reduction practices
- Crisis intervention and behavioral management
- Age-specific growth and development
- HIPAA regulations and behavioral health compliance standards
- Clinical documentation and healthcare administration practices
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations preferred
- FQHC or nonprofit healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
