Position Highlights:
- Full-time, on-site role
- Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–6:30 PM)
- Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
- Deliver direct behavioral health care: assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination
- Serve diverse patients across the lifespan and across a wide range of behavioral health needs
- Use evidence-based approaches: brief therapy, problem-solving therapy, behavioral activation
- Partner with medical providers, psychiatrists, families, and community agencies for integrated care
- Connect patients with insurance, community resources, and support services
- Participate in treatment planning and behavioral health consults
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance
- Contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence
- Help individuals and families improve overall health and quality of life
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field (MSW, MA, or equivalent)
- Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- Integrated behavioral health models
- Mental health recovery principles
- Harm reduction practices
- Crisis intervention and behavioral management
- Age-specific growth and development
- HIPAA regulations and behavioral health compliance standards
- Clinical documentation and healthcare administration practices
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations preferred
- FQHC or nonprofit healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
