A community-focused hospital along the Yellowstone River in eastern Montana is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
to join a collaborative Behavioral Health team serving individuals and families across the region.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in case reviews and program development

Qualifications:
- Active LCSW or LCPC license
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience treating a broad range of behavioral health conditions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
