A physician-led, independent multispecialty healthcare organization in Central Washington State is seeking a fellowship-trained BC/BE Interventional Radiologist to join a thriving and collaborative IR practice.
Position Highlights & Scope of Practice:
- Join an established IR team consisting of:
- 2 fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologists
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Five-day work week with shared 1:4 call at one hospital
- Broad-spectrum Interventional Radiology practice with strong referral relationships and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Dedicated consult coverage supported by a robust hospitalist program
- Newly remodeled IR suite
- Current practice includes approximately 60–70% dedicated IR with continued growth potential
- Procedures include:
- Vascular access
- Hepatobiliary interventions
- Renal procedures
- Women’s health interventions
- Arterial and venous thrombectomy
- Oncology interventions
Physician Partnership Opportunity:
- Partnership eligibility after one year

Compensation/Benefits May Include:
- Competitive salary range: $667K – $721K
- First-year salary guarantee with RVU-based compensation beginning in year two
- One-year physician partnership track for qualified U.S. candidates
