Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for a multi-provider, outpatient, primary care practice. This position is hybrid, 3 days in the eastern CT office and 2 days virtual telehealth (work from home/remote). The practice office is located on the Rhode Island and Connecticut border in eastern Connecticut.

Primary Care (adults, 18+)
Full-time, weekdays
100% outpatient - 3 days office based, 2 days telehealth/remote
Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
