Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Combine active ambulatory clinical practice two to three days weekly with two days devoted to informatics leadership.
- Partner with medical-group, community-practice, IT and executive leadership to define and deliver an outpatient informatics strategy.
- Optimize Meditech Expanse workflows, decision support, order sets and clinical pathways across primary and specialty care.
- Identify efficiency gaps, standardize processes and implement evidence-based improvements.
- Serve as clinical advisor for technology projects and align them with regulatory and organizational priorities.
- Lead provider and staff training and mentor analysts, informaticists and trainers.
- Represent clinical needs with EHR and other vendors, prioritize enhancements and support cross-department collaboration.
- Use telehealth, integrated EHR and analytics tools to improve quality, population health and clinician experience.
- Full-time, 40-hour weekday role with variable scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits
- $125.6976-$180.8481 per hour.
