A physician-led, patient-centered healthcare system southeast of Salem, Oregon is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice serving a rural community of more than 40,000 patients.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient Internal Medicine role (4 clinical days + 1 administrative day weekly)
- Adult-only primary care with average volume of 18–20 patients per day
- Manage complex cases referred by advanced practice providers and family medicine physicians
- Integrated multispecialty support including cardiology, pulmonary critical care, orthopedics, OB/GYN, general surgery, and podiatry
- Collaborative care model within a network of 12 clinics across 8 specialties
- Shared clinic call rotation (triage nurse first call; MD backup)
- 1:14 weekday call
- 1:12 weekend call
- EPIC EMR with AI scribe technology for streamlined documentation
- Physician-led environment emphasizing autonomy, collaboration, and evidence-based care
- Strong focus on preventive care and long-term chronic disease management
- Rural health setting with robust clinical and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary
