- Meeting the needs of the community by expanding the practice to include three Internal Medicine providers
- Shared single entrance and waiting area with Family Medicine with dedicated Internal Medicine exam room and physician work-space
- 36 patient contact hours/ week
- 100% Outpatient
- Equitable Call
- Chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
- On-site X-ray and lab services
