Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40-hour workweek
- Provide comprehensive primary care for Medicare patients
- Focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and improved health outcomes
- Serve patients in medically underserved communities
- Value-based care model focused on quality over volume
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in an outpatient setting
- Prescribe and manage medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with care teams and leadership to achieve health quality goals
- Help direct and manage the center care team
- Highly qualified candidates may be considered for Center Medical Director

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Alabama medical license
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
- Geriatrics fellowship training preferred
- Experience caring for geriatric populations preferred
- Experience with value-based healthcare preferred
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
