An established primary care practice in west-central Minnesota, ~1 hour southeast of Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient consults; 24/7 hospitalist coverage is provided
- Monday–Friday schedule with phone-only call approximately 1:12
- 36 patient-contact hours per week for a 1.0 FTE
- Flexible scheduling options, including a 3.5- to 4-day workweek
- Autonomous practice environment with flexible patient scheduling
- Limited nursing home coverage available if desired
- Opportunity to teach medical students, medical residents, and advanced practice provider students
- Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) available for use in the clinic
- Extensive in-house specialty support, including cardiology, dermatology, ENT, orthopedics, OB/GYN, psychiatry, general surgery, radiology, and oncology
- Epic EMR
Compensation and benefits:
- Competitive annual compensation of $315K–$330K
