A community-focused, not-for-profit healthcare system southeast of Salem, Oregon is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join its Internal Medicine outpatient clinic
in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient Internal Medicine role (40 hours/week)
- Adult primary care focused on chronic disease, acute care, and prevention
- Manage a diverse, complex adult patient panel
- Integrated multispecialty system (IM, FM, cardiology, surgery, pulmonology, ortho, women’s health)
- Team-based care with physicians, MAs, behavioral health, care coordination, and CHWs
- Strong emphasis on access, care coordination, and rural/community health
- Participate in QI, virtual care expansion, and patient education initiatives
- Supportive infrastructure built for efficiency, collaboration, and provider growth
- Mission-driven organization focused on improving regional health outcomes
- EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
- NP or PA licensed in Oregon
- DEA license
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Experience in adult primary care preferred
- Strong team-based, patient-centered approach
