Position Highlights:
- 7 on / 7 off inpatient schedule offering strong work-life balance
- Join a collaborative behavioral health team embedded within a hospital-based system
- Established inpatient psychiatric unit providing structured adult inpatient care in a secure hospital setting
- Strong multidisciplinary support including psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, and advanced practice providers
- Manage a broad range of acute psychiatric conditions in a hospital-based inpatient environment
- Close coordination with emergency medicine, hospitalists, and medical subspecialists for integrated care
- Access to outpatient behavioral health and crisis services to support continuity across levels of care
