A growing behavioral health organization located in Colorado Springs is seeking a full or part-time board certified Psychiatrist to provide clinical leadership and patient care at a new inpatient behavioral health hospital in Colorado Springs.
- Full-time or part-time inpatient role
- BC/BE psychiatrist; leadership or medical director experience sought
- Monday–Friday, plus two weekend days per month
- Morning rounding; 15+ patients daily
- Supervision of NPs/PAs
- Initial operation in deemed status with a limited census
- Planned expansion to 70+ beds
- Direct inpatient psychiatric care combined with medical director oversight
- Participation in clinical policy development, quality improvement and program growth
