A physician-led, not-for-profit regional health system serving North Dakota and Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist
to join a well-integrated inpatient team in a 25-bed critical access hospital west of Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Position Highlights:
- 25-bed hospital with ~10 patient average daily census
- True 7 on / 7 off block schedule
- Morning rounds begin at 7:00 AM
- Structured interdisciplinary rounding with nursing at 8:30 AM
- Strong RN collaboration throughout inpatient stay and admissions
- Coordinated admissions process in partnership with emergency medicine
- Stable, team-based inpatient practice with consistent workflow
- Opportunity to practice full-scope hospital medicine in a rural setting
