Seeking BE/BC Hospitalist Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Manage general medical admissions and inpatient rounding, including low-acuity critical-care patients.
- Average census is approximately 10 patients, with two to three admissions per 24 hours.
- Choose an 18- or 24-week annual commitment, described as 124 or 164 shifts in seven-day cycles.
- Day and night options: 7 a.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-7 a.m.; rotating holidays and weekends.
- Experienced hospitalist colleagues, strong general-surgery and emergency-department relationships, and regional transfer partnerships support care.
- Weekday cardiology consultation is available, with a practice model designed for substantial clinical autonomy.
Compensation & Benefits
- $131.7601-$143.8990 per hour.
