Position Highlights:
- Full-time Hospitalist position
- Day-shift schedule
- Flexible scheduling model with approximately 180 shifts during the first year
- Semi-open ICU model
- Dedicated daily admitter support
- Additional shifts available for physicians interested in extra earning opportunities
- Epic EMR system
- Collaborative inpatient team consisting of:
- 30 Hospitalist physicians
- 16 Advanced Practice Providers
- Opportunity for both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained physicians
- Washington State medical license eligibility required
Physician Partnership Opportunity:
- One-year partnership track for qualified U.S. candidates

Compensation/Benefits Include:
- Competitive first-year salary guarantee: $317K – $343K+
- RVU-based compensation model beginning in year two
- Signing bonus available
