- 7-on/7-off schedule supporting strong work-life balance
- Flexible roles: Rounder or Admitter
- Rounder: 12–20 patients per day
- Admitter: 6–12 admissions per shift

Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
