Non-profit, mid-sized healthcare organization is seeking a full-time BE/BC Hematopathologist to join their team in west central Minnesota!
Details:
- Candidates should possess solid diagnostic skills in bone marrow and/or lymph node pathology
- Candidates should be committed to providing outstanding service in all aspects of community based clinical and anatomic pathology
- Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience and must be board certified in AP/CP and be comfortable with IHC
- Flexibility and strong training are a must
- Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians and advanced practice providers, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and laboratory staff

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary starting at $475k is guaranteed for the first 2 years of employment
- Opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU’s)
