A thriving hospital-based cancer center in east-central Illinois serving a broad regional community is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collaborative and well-established oncology team.
Details:
- Join a team of four physicians and two APPs - one APP covers the inpatient consults, and one who manages the infusions
- Radiation Oncologist also in clinic
- Consistent and caring staff with lots of tenure
- 1:4 call – phone call only
- Cancer Center is on the hospital campus
- Not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten-county region

- Expanding system actively growing specialty services across multiple disciplines

Compensation/Benefits:
- $700k flat salary
- $100k sign-on bonus
- $60k total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
