A community-focused, hospital-affiliated oncology practice in Chicago is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a dynamic team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cancer and hematologic care to a diverse urban population, supported by a modern outpatient oncology clinic and infusion center, as well as a multidisciplinary hospital team.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time employed role with a strong referral base from PCPs, specialists, and ER
- Treat solid tumors and hematologic malignancies; optional benign hematology consults
- Manage inpatient and outpatient care with cutting-edge therapies (chemo, immunotherapy, targeted agents)
- Collaborate with radiology, pathology, surgery, radiation oncology, and palliative care teams
- Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and patient-centered care programs
- Modern outpatient oncology clinic with infusion center; EMR: Epic
- Make a real impact in a high-performing hospital serving a diverse, urban population

Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology & Medical Oncology (dual-boarded preferred)
- Fellowship-trained from an accredited program
- Eligible for Illinois medical license
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach and collaborative mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $450K–$550K+ (three-year guarantee)
- Productivity / RVU-based incentives
