A well-established cancer program in Southwest Virginia is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist-Oncologist to join a stable, collaborative team.
Highlights:
- Join 2 Hem/Onc physicians + 3 APPs in a stable, established practice
- Full-service outpatient oncology clinic with onsite infusion center
- APPs manage infusion services and acute visits, maximizing physician efficiency
- Robust support team including RNs, navigators, dietitians, schedulers, pre-certification, and financial counselors
- Dedicated oncology pharmacist embedded within the hospital pharmacy team
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with Radiation Oncology, Surgery, Pulmonology, GI, Urology, OB/GYN, Pathology, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology
- Advanced cancer technology including TruBeam®, SBRT, da Vinci®, and Ion® robotic platforms
- Active patient navigation program and American Cancer Society Resource Room
- Opportunities to teach and mentor residents
